Our rates include: Unlimited kilometers ,Insurances , Road assistance 24 hours by Europ Assitance 2 additional drivers free of charge Airport delivery fees. Deliver and Collection at any place in Costa del Sol. Road Maps. 16% V.A.T. & Local Taxes.
Our rates not include: Baby seats on request 2 € per day. Out of hours deliveries from 22,00 hours to 08,00 hours. 20 €
Our Customers will not wait to pick up the car more than 5 minutes. Our Customers will not be taken to a far car depot in Courtesy coach to loose their time loading and unloading luggage from a Coach to a depot, from a depot to the vehicle. Our customer will return the car just in front of departures hall(20meters).Our costumers will not pay excessive fee for a full tank of fuel, the car must be returned with the same level of fuel. Our costumers are provided of a reliable 24h emergency phone number in case they have a problem.
Our Suppliers: Our Suppliers has been choosen for the service given to all our clients in the last 10 years for the relation between quality and price, for give to our clients always brand new vehicles , for answer fast and profesional to all our queries and for the experience shown in the Car Rental bussiness in Costa del Sol. Our clients are met at the Arrivals hall at Málaga Airport by a rep, of the supplier holding up a board with the clients name. This rep will take the Customer to the Airport car park just in front of Arrivals Hall. All our suppliers are Legal and registred subject to the European Laws(In Malaga We work directly without any suppliers).
Our Insurance: Our insurances are provided by an International known Group Generali with offices all around the world. In Costa del Sol we use Vitalicio Insurances.
The insurance for third parts and third persons is unlimited and also will cover Bail Bond for our drivers in case they need it.
Driver/s Requirements: The minimum rental age is 21 years, the driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. The vehicle may be driven only by the authorized Driver/s.The renter/driver/s undertakes to not making a wrong use of the vehicle. For example(Push or tow any other vehicles, trailes or any other rolling object/races or any competition/driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs/For illegal purposes or carriage of goods/carrying more passengers than permitted by the law etc..).
How to Pick Up Your Vehicle: On arival at Málaga Airport please,collect luggage IGNORE ALL car hire company signage and directions (DON´T go downstairs to the car rental hall) and exit baggege Hall through sliding doors.
